Best Snickerdoodle Protein Bites Ever

Our idea of fiber typically has nothing to do with food, but we love to eat and therefore love a good recipe when we find it. In honor of National Cinnamon Day (yep, it's a thing), we'd like to share our take on the most amazing snickerdoodle protein bites we've ever tasted, perfect for snacking while gaming or streaming.

Cinnamon Protein Balls

Ingredients

¾ Cup Peanut or Almond Butter

½ Cup Pure Maple Syrup

1 Cup Rolled Oats

2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Making

Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined scoop into bite-sized portions (we used a 2 tsp cookie scoop).

Chill for 15 minutes.

Can store in an airtight container for 7-10 days in the fridge, but, honestly, do you think they'll be around that long?
