The Best (& Easiest) Ways to Pay Your Monthly Bill

Feb 11, 2025 | Helpful Tips

Just like your incredible Gateway Fiber internet service is fast and reliable, paying your monthly bill is also easy and secure. There are many payment methods to choose from, but auto-pay is the most convenient. Let’s walk through the payment methods, then look at the pros and cons of each and how to set up the process. It’s super simple.

Available Payment Options

To make it easy, we accept three payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Payments can be made using credit or debit cards with Visa®, American Express®, Discover®, or MasterCard® logos.

  • Automatic Bank Account Withdrawal: If you prefer not to use a card, you can seamlessly pay with a direct withdrawal from your bank account, saving time because it eliminates the need to write and mail a check.

  • Mailing a Check: If you prefer traditional payment methods, you can mail a check each month. However, this is the slowest way to pay, so be sure to send your check early so it arrives on time.

By default, Gateway Fiber sends electronic bills via email at no charge. If you prefer a paper bill, it can be mailed to you for a $5 monthly fee.

Benefits of Auto-Pay

For maximum convenience and to ensure your bill gets paid on time, we offer auto-pay, taking the hassle out of remembering to pay your Gateway Fiber bill each month. Payment happens automatically, with no phone call or check required. Auto-pay offers several terrific advantages:

  • On Time, Every Time: Your payment is automatically withdrawn on the same day every month, ensuring your bill is paid on time and eliminating the risk of late fees and service disconnects.

  • Convenience: Reduce the hassle of manual payments each billing cycle—no more need for calendar notes to remind you.

  • Consistency: Streamline your budgeting by knowing exactly when payments will be deducted.

For businesses, auto-pay simplifies financial management by reducing the number of bills to monitor, allowing you to focus more on your business and less on whether your internet bill will get paid.
